Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we don’t.

Slate GTM is a cold email agency. This page covers the website you are reading and the data we handle for clients and prospects.

This website

slategtm.com runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not set a cookie of our own, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The site is served as static files from Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.

Two third-party embeds load on some pages, and only those pages:

  • Cal.com powers the booking calendar on the home page and on /book. When you open it, Cal.com receives your request and, if you book, the name, email address, and any notes you enter. Their privacy policy governs that data.
  • Wistia hosts the case-study video. Loading a page with the player lets Wistia record playback analytics.

If you never open the booking calendar and never play the video, no third party receives anything about your visit beyond the Cloudflare request log.

If you contact us or book a call

We keep what you send: your name, email address, company, and whatever you wrote. We use it to answer you, to prepare for the call, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the vendors that run our email and calendar. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Campaign data we handle for clients

Running outbound means processing business contact data: names, job titles, employers, and work email addresses of people at companies matching a client’s written ICP. That data is sourced per campaign from commercial data providers, verified, and used only to contact those people on behalf of the one client whose campaign it belongs to. We do not pool it across clients and we do not resell it.

Every cold email we send identifies the sender and includes a working way to opt out. Opt-outs are honored across every campaign we run, not only the one that produced them, and suppression lists carry client-supplied exclusions: existing customers, open deals, and do-not-contact lists.

When an engagement ends, the client keeps the assets from their campaigns, including the domains, the verified lists, the copy, and the campaign history.

Your choices

To be removed from a Slate-run campaign, reply to the email you received or write to [email protected] and we will suppress the address across every campaign. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, write to the same address. We answer these requests ourselves, normally within a few business days, and we do not require you to prove a legal basis before we act on a deletion request.
